Are the battery terminal bolt heads in Japanese brand cars (Toyota, Nissan, Honda) in metric?

I'm about to buy a set of wrenches.

2. To my knowledge Japanese cars have been using the Metric system for many years now,not just on the battery connections but on the whole car. So go ahead and buy your wrenches. Just make sure they include an 11mm and a 12mm wrench in there as well.
