are there any good online guides to buying used cars?

i need to but a used car that gats better milage that my 13mpg freeway dodge ram. but i dont know how to shopw for used cars. can ya help?

2. I think edmunds.com is a good resource, it helps you compare things and usually has a lot of spec info. Also, when you think you have it down to a few cars you’re interested in, look for forums on that vehicle. For example, search “4runner forums” and see what 4runner owners have to say, what problems they’ve had, etc. A lot of different vehicles have forums full of owners – and who knows a car better than someone who’s been driving it for years?
