  1. they are going to be better than us vehicles because its mainly korean. but look at consumer reports and you will see the jap auto makers hold better resale value.
  2. Depends on what year it is and what model it is. if its an elantra they are cheap ta begine with and they drop really fast in value if its like a sonata then they fair ok but still not that great.
  3. Absolutly NO. Hyundai's, Kia's have terrible resale value. It should be getting better as a result of recent quality assessments, but for now, they are about the worst of all non-US built autos. Go to edmunds.com to view detailed pricing and true cost to own.
  4. It is hard to tell with the new ones, as they have all been redesigned very recently. Overall the brand has about an average rate of depreciation. In the segment, Honda's and Toyota's are best, and the Ford,Chrysler and GM products tend to depreciate pretty quickly. If resale is a big concern (a lot more people should consider this when buying a car), buy a 2/3 yr old used car and let the previous owner be the one that eats the depreciation.
  5. no cause in my opinion they are a piece of crap in the first place, they are basically made for the economy most people want horsepower you couldnt give me one
