Where is the horn under the hood of a saturn car SL2-1996?

My horn went out in my saturn and we can't find it, went through all the fuses, but they were fine, any ideas out there.

1. You are going to have to remove the L/F headlamp assembly in order to access the horn. Note: There is a recall covering 1996 and some 1997 SL2 horns. Call the dealer and see if your vehicle is covered.
