  1. i would go for the honda. hondas run forever!! saturns are great up front, but don't have a real good resale value cuz they just don't hold up as well. go with your gut though - first pick is always the best. ______ go on cars.com or edmunds and pretend you have a used car of each of those models, and throw 50K miles on it and see what the trade in value is.
  2. I love the pilot! Dark color And with good maintenance and such, Hondas last forever.
  3. look for the best gas mileage and look for the one that best suits your lifestyle...(but honda's are known to last a good while!)good luck!:]
  4. honda definetly. its a great car and very realiable. it will last for a long time. plus they get good gas milage which is very importan these days
  5. the honda is way better, more reliable + way way way better resale value
  6. honda is numero 1 baby....screw saturn plus pilot's easier to clean ....and you can shove many more people in a pilot.....yay!
  7. Honda, they hold their value fairly well. You could also look on Kelley blue book on-line to compare safety ratings, gas mileage and reviews along with other comparable features.
  8. I have never driven the Outlook, and also havent seen many around, My cousin has the Honda Pilot. I got to drive it for about 12 hours and it was great! She loves it also. Sorr, I dont know much about the pros and cons.
  9. All the answers above are very good answers. The Honda has a better resale and is a very reliable car, but the Saturn is probably way less expensive. If you like one above the other, don't get the one you don't like. Have you ever bought a bargain brand that you were truly happy with? Get what you'll feel best about driving.
  10. I have a 2005 Honda Pilot and love it. i was considering trading my for a 2009 Honda Pilot but I'm almost done paying off my 05 pilot. The truck is not great on gas but I love the truck.
  11. Easy. Pilot all the way. Resale value will be two times greater on the Honda. The Honda will also age much better in terms of the quality of materials (seats, switches, door handles). I cannot forget to mention the longevity of honda drivetrains, especially engines which always sound sweet and are pleasingly powerful. Most Saturn dealers are by far friendlier and their service departments are much more willing to help. Good Luck!
  12. the Saturn but only because I think you can get it at a lower sale price than the Honda. I would also recommend you drive the GMC Acadia and the Buick Enclave as they are all very similar. Buick has recently won a highest customer satisfaction award. So they must be doing something that they haven't been doing for at least ten years or so.
  13. Hands down, listen to the rest of the answerers. Get the Pilot. I just purchased the 2009 Honda Pilot Touring for $42,000 and will take delivery by Friday. Granted, it's top of the line. But they don't go any cheaper than $27,500 so keep that in mind. The Saturn is a POS. The comparison is almost insulting. In five years, you'll still be thrilled with the essentially new Honda while the Saturn will look and feel like it's a 15 year old vehicle.
