Whizzer motorbike chain conversion?

Is there a way to change the Whizzer motorbike to a chain drive? by way of a kit or similar? and does it give a better top speed? To uncleanel, The Whizzer is basically a beach cruiser bike with a small 4 stroke engine attached, and a bunch of accesories to resemble a motorcycle, but can still be pedal powered, and is still a bicycle. am I right? or is it really considered a motorcycle after those parts are added?

1. I know of not kit to do a chain conversion. The purpose of the whizzer is to have a motor drive with the least amount of work.
