1. sorry but that is still just in prototype and concept nothing in the USA available like it at least with two wheels and that is considered a scooter
2. I think honda makes a scooter like that.
3. There are many Chinese companies that makes things like that. They won't be the same as the BMW, though, in terms of safety and reliability.
