2. Not really. There is the long gone Quasar. There are also some enclosed motorcycles and tricycles. But those aren't really the same category. Harley? You're kidding, right? The C1 is an enclosed scooter with a 125cc or 176cc Rotax engine.
3. No. Never heard of another real 2-wheeler where the protection was so high you didn't have to wear a helmet (not to mention the weather protection)! The C1 was unique and I'm sad it never made it to America (with a slight displacement boost).
