Mini moto konks out when throttle is increased PLEASE HELP!!!?

Just got my mini moto out of the shed after the winter, took a while for it to start, and there was a bit of fluid coming out of the exhaust pipes, but after a while, managed to get it started, the revs were high so i adjusted this with the rev screw, then when i increased the throttle, it gave a little bit more power, but then just konked out, i can't think for the life of me why it would do this, i am still learning about motorbikes and mini moto's so i am confused as to what could be causing this. I would be extremely helpful for any advice as to why this is happening as i plan to sell the bike soon. Thank you!!!

1. Since the bike has been sitting for a while, take apart the carb and clean everything(With a good carb cleaner solution) including the little tiny jets. The Jets may be partially blocked which can cause you grief. Good luck.
