- sell that piece of shit and get a real bike. if you insist on driving around that scooter though i guess you could go to craigslist
- try banditmania in google. they have parts for suzuki bandits and from memory i think they also sell parts for the sv
- There are two good sites...which have links to each other ..the US one is sv650.com.... i think....it has plenty of links!!! the other is a UK site ...The SV is a superb machine ....V twins are the bollocks
- busters accessories online, sell everything from mini indicators fairings exhausts throttle grips ect for most major makes and models of motorcycle. http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/
- www.mandp.com & busters
- E-Bay.com
- Best site I have found is SVRIDER.com I have some schtuff if you are near the pacific NW of the U.S. Lockhart Phillips has a bunch of stuff like turn signals, fender eliminators, etc. For OEM parts there is online microfiche and discounted prices through motosport hillsboro's website (google for it) The best place to start on the SV is the tires. The original tires are crummy sport-touring ones with a bad round profile and hard compound. Go with either Dunlop 208's or the Pirelli corsa. Then next is the front suspension, it is the achilles of this bike. Way to soft - stiffer springs and thicker oil a the proper level and the bike is a totally different machine. Oh, and if it is an S model raise the fork tubes up about 6mm (dropping the front). Improves turn in. There is an airbox mod that is free and easy that improves power (see svrider.com). Remapping the fuel inj (or re-jetting the pre 2003 ones) removes the jumpiness from closed throttle as you open it and takes away the flat spot at about 5-6k rpm's. A lot of people like to cut off that "mullet" rear fender thingy, I sure did. Enjoy!
- WHAT KIND OF STUFF YOU LOOKING FOR??? TRY LOOKING IN EBAY MOTORS UNDER MOTORCYCLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. YOU WILL FIND LOTS IN THERE.
